The Annual Hay Show and Sale will be Tuesday, October 20th at the Cherokee County Expo Center in Jacksonville. A BBQ dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the auction starting at 7:00 p.m. The Grand & Reserve Champion hay along with the blue ribbon hay will be auctioned during this event. All proceeds of this event will go to benefit the youth of Cherokee County. The money will be used to support the scholarship program and youth programs associated with the Soil & Water Conservation District & the Cherokee County Showbarn. All producers that submitted hay samples prior to the September 11th deadline will be given their results during this event.
