Food Protection Management 2-Day Course

October 24 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension in Cherokee County also offers the 2-Day Food Manager Certification Training.  This course will help you understand major causes of foodborne illness and how to prevent them, boost employee morale, improve relationships with health officials, receive information in order to train your staff on-site, and increase food safety knowledge of your employees.

Course Dates: November 7-8th
